"We had a unique experience with TMC - They are located in northwest Arkansas, I'm in Little Rock and I needed them to help me plan a customer appreciation event in Vicksburg, MS. Nikki and Celeste jumped right in and found the best local vendors, ordered the best decorations and sent me mockups of what the layout should be with how to arrange everything we received. it was SO EASY to follow their instructions. Everyone was commenting on how great the food was, how pretty the balloons looked and we were relieved to have one less thing to worry about on that busy day. The scheduled zoom consultations where we could talk through what our vision was (seriously - our vision was a bit hazy and we just knew we needed something to tie our Lynx mascot in with a 60th anniversary) really helped direct both our team and TMC into making our thoughts into something real.
