WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Process
We’ll meet online or in person, to get a feel for your event. After our initial meeting we’ll follow up with a quote based on your guest count, budget and required service level.
When you’re ready to move forward we’ll send over a contract to start the planning process. This is where the fun begins! Between the contract signing and your event day, you’ll receive detailed project boards, vendor costs and timelines for your event.
We’ll manage and confirm with all approved vendors throughout the entire process and have one last pre-event meeting 7-10 days before your event.
