Every event is different! We don’t want to quote you for a higher service level than you require. We’re here to serve you in whatever way you need. We’ve done small, intimate parties of less than 10 and community events with over 1000 people in attendance. Send us a message, so we can work out what’s best for you.

We’re located in northwest Arkansas but are available for travel. We have also planned and managed events from afar.

Because we’ve been that employee—the one asked to plan the big event on top of everything else. So we get it: it’s doable, but it comes at a cost.
Here’s what tends to happen when you don’t have a dedicated planner:
Their actual job takes a hit. Even a small event can take 10+ hours to plan and execute. That’s a major distraction from the work you’re already paying them to do.
It’s not exactly fun. Especially if it’s a celebratory event—while everyone else is enjoying the moment, they’re juggling caterers and troubleshooting AV issues.
And the same goes for you. If you're the founder or CEO, your time is best spent on the things only you can do—not chasing down vendors or figuring out seating charts.
